  • Shipped lukasikdesign.com end to end for a design studio: development, SEO, analytics, and deployment. Second client site, novpuls.cz, is in progress.
  • Run SEO for scent-blend.com: technical and on-page work holds target queries at average position 4.3 with 16.7% CTR (Google Search Console).
  • Migrated a domain to a new address with rankings intact: 301 redirects plus Change of Address in Search Console. Smaller orders too: personal pages and business-card sites.
  • Own the full delivery cycle solo: domains, DNS, mailboxes, Nginx and Cloudflare, Search Console, performance tuning. On each order I dig into the client's problem and deliver a measurable result, not just a page.

  • Maintain a Telegram wishlist bot with active users: monitoring, incident response, and feature delivery.
  • Led the backend migration from Java to Go together with a senior engineer: smaller footprint, simpler operations.
  • Work through real code review with @zjor; adopted production-grade service design and testing practices.

Critiqal

Solo Engineer·2025 — present·Live in production

Critiqal — social network built around real activity
  • Social network built solo from zero to production: posts with photos, follows, reactions, comments, notifications, and a chronological feed. Ships as a web app and a Telegram Mini App with native‑feeling navigation and animations.
  • Security done properly: 2FA with TOTP codes, HttpOnly cookie sessions in Redis, and per‑device session tracking with remote logout. Media on Cloudflare R2. Interface in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
  • Cut the CI/CD cycle from 22 minutes to 1–2 minutes by containerizing the pipeline. Separate production and dev environments (critiqal.xyz / dev.critiqal.xyz) with isolated databases. Strava integration live; GitHub integration in development.

Starlex — fast, keyboard-first task tracker for small teams
  • Fast, keyboard-first task tracker for small teams: board, list, and timeline views behind a single ⌘K command palette. Real-time sync over WebSocket with presence and live status across shared workspaces.
  • Go backend with Fiber and GORM, structured around DDD and clean architecture. Defined the data models, API contracts, and deployment strategy for the team.
  • Led a team of four: planning, task breakdown, and code review. Authored the full React frontend and a large part of the Go backend. Deployed with Docker behind Nginx, CI on GitHub Actions.

  • Multi-tenant e-commerce platform with a web storefront and Telegram Mini App: shop management, product catalog, order lifecycle, Stripe payments and subscriptions, role-based access.
  • Modular service architecture: Go core API (Fiber, GORM) and a TypeScript payment service (Fastify, Stripe) talking over gRPC. JWT auth with refresh tokens plus Google OAuth2 and Telegram InitData.
  • Full observability stack — Loki, Promtail, Grafana — and Docker Compose infrastructure with CI on GitHub Actions.
